The Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List will open May 7, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Applications will be accepted at:

Midland County Housing Authority 

1710 Edwards St.

Midland, TX 79701

Applications will only be taken on Wednesday's from 9:00am to 12:00 pm starting May 7, 2025

What do you need to apply for the HCV Waiting List?

1.) Original birth certificates for everyone that will be living in the       household. 

2.) Original Social Security cards for everyone that will be living in the household.

3.) Picture ID and/or current TX DL for everyone 18 or older that will be living in the household. 

4.) Proof of income(printed copies of paycheck stubs, SS, SSI, child support, unemployment, TANF)
