PUBLIC NOTICE

Hellinghausen Hope, Inc. recently received a Contract award from the City of Midland, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $50,000, for parking facility repairs for low to moderate income Housing development.

 Sealed bids are being accepted for repaving parking lots at

Village Square Apartments

1710 "A" Street, Midland Texas.

 

Bid packets may be picked up at 1710 N. Edwards St.

Sealed Proposals are to be submitted to:

Attention:   "Please do not open / Pavement Project"

Should be written on the front of the envelope

 

All bids must be received by Hellinghausen Hope, Inc. no later than 4:00 p.m., March 7th.

Bids received late or incomplete will not be considered.

 

Sealed bids will be opened March 14th at 2:00 p.m.

The Bid will be awarded to the proposer which offers best value to Hellinghausen Hope, Inc.

Bids must be good for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date and will be considered by the Board of Commissioners at the next scheduled board meeting.

"This project is funded in whole or in part with CDBG-DR funds provide by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Federal labor standards provisions including prevailing wage requirements of the Davis Bacon and Related Acts will be enforced. In the event of a conflict between the Federal and Puerto Rico Executive Order wage rates occurs, the higher of the two will prevail."
