Section 8 Waiting List

The Midland County Housing Authority will be accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program applications starting Wednesday, May 3, 2023. 

There will be 50 applications given every Wednesday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at 1710 Edwards St.

You must have the following information with you to receive an application: 

Original court ordered Birth Certificates for everyone in the household that will be receiving assistance. 

Original Social Security cards for everyone in the household that will be receiving assistance.

Current Texas picture ID/DL for everyone that is 18 or older that will be in the household. 

Proof of all income the Family is currently receiving, including child support.

Please Note that no copies will be accepted, you must have the original documentation.

We will accept applications every Wednesday until we receive a total of 300.
